There are two things that define our mental state of mind.
Expectations --We tend to expect some or other things tangible/ intangible from others' family /friends etc but 90% of the time we end up seeing not getting fulfilled so no point.
Comparisons --We tend to compare ourselves with others in terms of financial well being but rarely we compare ourselves in terms of mental well being there's always a lot more what meets the eye.
We all are traveling in different timeliness so nobody is ahead of us and nobody is behind us.
Faster we put these critical points in our brains better it's for our own mental well being.
If you are mentally strong everything follows on its own.
