Each Premium BRUXO has a life of its own. One is more or less complex than the next depending on cultivation and process. The wisdom is the art of roasting the maguey without them burning.
OUR FAVORITE EASTER COCKTAILS
BRUXO TONIC - INGREDIENTS, 30 ml of BRUXO No.1, ginger, 15ml of green lemon, a dash of natural syrup and tonic water. Put all the ingredients in a glass, macerate, shake and serve in a balloon glass, op off with tonic water. Decorate with a slice of ginger and a sprig of rosemary.
CARAXILLO - INGREDIENTS, 40 ml of BRUXO No. 2, a shot of espresso, a dash of natural syrup, cardamom, orange essential oil. Put all the ingredients in the shaker, shake, serve in an old fashion glass, add orange peel, give a twist for the oils to emerge, sprinkle with cardamom and decorate (optional) with 1/2 an orange moon slice.
