Our LMP experience with RSM was a success! Again!

At LaNubia, we have always valued our strong relationship with the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. Next to our employees being RSM alumni, we have participated in the Living Management Project since 2020 and have had wonderful results from these top notch students.?

The living Management Project is a 4 week project period for the full time MBA students organized by RSM and headed by Nicolas Constantinesco. During this 4 week period the students are functioning as a consulting team tackling a real world problem that we as an organization presents to them. Previously, we have gotten great results from the cohorts that we use till this day.?

This year, it was no different. We worked together with RSM to properly define the two problems we wanted the students to solve. We were able to get two teams to work on these problems. The students were very professional and tackled the real world problems we presented to them expertly. The first team described their experience with the LMP as follows.

“It was a great learning experience working with LaNubia for Living Management Project. We learnt the step by step problem solving approach where the team was present at every step to encourage us to think outside the box and come up with SMART solutions that can be implemented. They guided us on not only the subject matter but also on how we can improve ourselves to be well rounded professionals in the future.”?-Team 1?

And the second team also took the time to give us their perspective.?

“Working with LaNubia for our LMP project was incredible. Not only we learned about the data science industry, but also challenged us to think outside the box. LaNubia’s openness to hear our ideas as well as their thorough guidance made this experience vastly enriching.”?-Team 2

These students truly impressed us and delivered results that we will undoubtedly use in the future for our Data Science projects and specifically in our ILUSTRE project. We appreciate our positive experience with the LMP and continue to believe in bridging the gap between education and industry by enabling these students to use their attained knowledge and bringing it to practice to solve real world issues.?Thanks to all the students and the organizers at RSM, Nicolas Constantinesco, Hakan Abali and the rest, for this opportunity.
