Today we’re sharing a quick update about the latest numbers from our real estate market. The number of active listings decreased 62% from a year ago but hasn’t seen a significant change since April. This smaller inventory means that buyers who waited to buy will have less to choose from now. Compared to last year, the average days spent on the market has dropped by 43%.
