Let’s be honest: The past six months were a bloodbath for buyers trying to find a home in the suburbs. That was due to the exceedingly low rates, incredibly low inventory, and so many buyers escaping the city and wanting more space. Today I’m sharing the numbers from 2021 so far and comparing them to 2020 and 2019 for perspective. I’ll also share my predictions for our autumn market.
