Today we’re sharing how our Greater Greenville real estate market has fared so far in 2021. Our supply of houses for sale has gone down 40.6% compared to this time last year. However, the number of houses sold has jumped 18.5% year over year. The numbers give no indication that our seller’s market is slowing down anytime soon.
