Our June Upstate Market Update
Today I am sharing an Upstate real estate market update by comparing the numbers from January through May in 2021 to the same time frame in 2020. In residential real estate, over 6,600 units have sold this year compared to just under 5,600 sold by this time last year. The increase in sales has also definitely impacted our prices, our average sale price has increased by 18%. We have a record number of people moving to the Upstate area, and that is affecting our numbers. To learn more about our current market, watch this short video.
