We won Best Luxury Home Development Project 2024 (London) Award!

We're pleased to announce that our Trinity Road project has won the 'Best Luxury Home Development Project 2024 (London)' Award!

A stunning project that we finished earlier this year, working with Saha Properties to extend, refurbish, and restore this period property to create this luxury home arranged across 8 split levels!

Site visit at our Marlow project

We visited one of our current sites in Marlow. An old leisure/office space, with the front of the property also being an 18th century Grade II Listed Building, which we’re working with XP Property on to convert into 8 apartments.

Finishing Touches!

Final finishing touches are being made to at our refurbishment and extension project in Putney! The Kitchen is finished, with final exterior works due to be finished this month!

The main project scope included the main house being stripped, refreshed and renewed which included a whole new kitchen. Areas of the home were redesigned to function better with the provision of a future lift as well.?

This stunning home in Fulham has been completed by our young developer client in Fulham. This involved a basement extension, rear kitchen extension, loft conversion and an entire refurbishment.
