In the spirit of extending financial education and knowledge to the youths of Malaysia, we conducted our Duit Right Plus Online uniquely designed for secondary school students with the purpose of empowering students to make positive financial decisions through good money management habits. We collaborated with Richard Stephenson, a passionate young investor and financial education trainer to conduct an online workshop called Investeen with the aim of equipping them with the fundamental skills and knowledge about investment. We are glad to see the participants actively engage and ask questions during this workshop as it shows that they are interested to know more about investing and finance.?

In June, we continued our Beautiful Gate Sustainability Programme initiative to help the residents from Beautiful Gate Foundation for the Disabled to grow and sustain their home-made coffee business, BG Coffee. In the June pitching day, we had our Chief Human Resource Officer Karen Ow, as well as our collaborating partners as judges whereby our participants will present their business proposal to be awarded a business grant. The presenters displayed their knowledge gained from the programme in their business proposal to the judges. We commend the enthusiasm and the bravery of these participants and fully support the BG coffee initiative.
