Our journey from GOOD to Neighbourgood

We are so excited to introduce the next chapter of the GOOD journey to you. Over the last few years, we have learnt so much about what it takes to build sustainable spaces and places for the future. We have had some incredible moments along the way and also just as many challenges. As a company, we continue to dig deeper into understanding and finding answers to the question:

“What does it take to build a thriving Neighbourhood?”

What we have found is that it is the inherent power of community, diversity and collaboration between people, that really makes all the difference.  

And so, Neighbourgood was conceived. Bringing GOOD into neighbourhoods.

You see, we believe that every neighbourhood is different. But it is through our differences that we find beauty. We all have our own story to tell. We are all unique in every sense of the word and it is our uniqueness that makes us special. We are all tenants on this earth for a short time who have a role to play for the collective GOOD and it is in the expression of our individuality combined with a willingness to collaborate in community that we can achieve great things together.  

And so, our commitment to you is the following;

1. We commit to building neighbourhoods around YOU, driven wholeheartedly by our people-first approach.  
2. We commit to building living and working spaces that foster community between people but that also allow for the best expression of the individual.
3. We commit to building spaces that are sustainable in all of its forms.  
4. We commit to embracing the diversity of our community and all of its people because we believe that it is through our differences that we find beauty.  
5. We commit to always being honest with you in our journey as a company. We will share with you all of our ups and all of our downs.

Our goal as a company, like so many others in the past, is not to be the biggest and the best because that is not what society demands of us right now. Our purpose is simple:
