Our Symatix? technology opens new avenues to the development?of clinical biomaterials combine the advantages of synthetic fibres with those of biological grafts. Our novel process adds components like extracellular matrix molecules, collagen and hyaluronic acid to the polymer fibrous network as it forms allowing membranes to be tailored to healing requirements.

The Symatix? Membrane is the technology’s first product for corneal repair.

We are developing the Symatix? Membrane which is an innovative synthetic amniotic membrane substitute. The membrane is created using electrospinning technology and is designed to overcome the limitations of the Human Amniotic Membrane (AM).

The Electrospinning Company?takes on Snowdon!

Join the Electrospinning Company Quality Team on their mission to support Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity! Our colleague has been inspired by the outstanding care provided by the Urodynamics Unit to his family and now our team of 4 office/lab workers are taking on the challenge to climb Snowdon.

On April 15th, we'll embark on an 8-mile trek through rugged terrain to reach the summit of Snowdon, with the goal of raising money for this worthy cause. Every penny raised will go directly to Great Ormond Street Hospital, which relies on charitable support to provide critically ill children with the best chance of recovery.
