Lessons Learned with Project Executive, Dave Boucher:

"Daily Challenges are always faced by the project team during the course of a project. The project team was able to successfully navigate through the uncertainty that the COVID 19 Pandemic presented including the enforcement of government regulations, significant impacts to material lead times, material availability, labor shortages and utility delays. The project team also successfully managed working through the challenges that the MBTA presented throughout the course of the project to minimize schedule and cost impacts. A key project component, is working together with the developer as one team to resolve issues, resulting in the achievement of a successful project for the community."
