Our Inbound Training Experience with Ramanathan Sir

As first-year MBA students at SNS College of Engineering, we were fortunate to participate in an insightful and engaging one-day inbound training session under the exceptional guidance of RAMANATHAN M Sir. The experience was nothing short of transformative, providing us with valuable lessons in leadership, teamwork, and personal growth.

The training took us beyond the traditional classroom setting, immersing us in activities designed to test our decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills. Through carefully crafted exercises, we not only learned the power of collaboration but also discovered our individual strengths.
