Our Highest Calling

I had the opportunity to listen to Cal Turner, Jr. speak the other morning. Cal is the former CEO and Chairman of Dollar General. His talk early on turned to our highest calling in life ... and it has stuck with me these last few days. Our highest calling - our highest PURPOSE - is to develop others into their highest potential. Service, grace, listening well, connecting to others deepest needs ... these are the aims and actions of leadership. Indeed!

2B1U leadership. To be or not to be a leader ... one authentic you.
