In Kansas City, MO, we partner with Universal Management Inc. to manage our development Pendleton ArtsBlock, a 38-unit mid-rise building in Historic Northeast KCMO.?The units are a mix of loft style 1 bedroom and 2 bedrooms with open floor plans. The first floor contains a lobby, community space and fitness center. In a separately owned first floor condominium space (outside of the LIHTC transaction), a business incubator is primary leased to Charlotte Street Foundation for their startup residency program for artist entrepreneurs.?

The objective is to educate with social enrichment resources and deliver amenities to maximize revitalization impact and opportunities to improve residents’?lives. Our HEART - Health, Education, Arts, Recreation, and Technology drives us, but our residents make the work we do worthwhile.
