?? National Health Insurance: Where available, we enroll small-scale producers into national health insurance plans and manage renewals. We also collaborate with health centers to enhance the quality of care. This program ensures that producers get timely and effective medical attention while supporting existing healthcare systems.

? Quality of Care: We don't just provide access – we elevate standards. Through facility assessments, tailored improvement plans, and training, we uplift the quality of care in partnering health facilities. This program includes infrastructure upgrades and ongoing support to ensure sustainable improvements in healthcare delivery.

?? Health Service Provision: For communities far from functional public facilities, our mobile clinics bring essential and specialized services right to their doorstep. We offer services like maternal care and vision screenings. Additionally, we bolster existing facilities to expand their capabilities, ensuring a wider range of health services are available to small-scale producers.

We begin with a thorough context assessment, carefully selecting and enrolling healthcare facilities near target communities. These providers are then onboarded and trained on our digital platform. To ensure program success, we launch farmer awareness campaigns and conduct training sessions for cooperative leaders and small-scale producer households. The next step involves enrolling these households and collecting crucial baseline health and socio-economic data for impact measurement. We then focus on improving healthcare access through various health programs.

When the programs are rolling we begin to continuously analyze health and socio-economic data to monitor impact, inform stakeholders, and provide valuable insights for decision-making. We plan for long-term sustainability by gradually transitioning financial responsibilities to producers and cooperatives, improving health insurance literacy, and implementing a digital wallet system.
