Our Future Water @ Berlin Science Week

Our Future Water, which is holding the Our Future Water Berlin Event on November 7, 2018, is proud to be a Partner Institution of the BERLIN SCIENCE WEEK.

The BERLIN SCIENCE WEEK is an international gathering, bringing together people from the world’s most innovative scientific institutions in Berlin. It is dedicated to the dialogue between science and society to inspire a deeper understanding of our world. The BERLIN SCIENCE WEEK fosters interdisciplinary exchange and encourages fellow participants to connect and learn from each other.

In 2017, the BERLIN SCIENCE WEEK hosted 57 events, organised by renowned national and international institutions, such as Humboldt-Universit?t zu Berlin, ETH Zurich, Austrian Institute of Technology, Freie Universit?t Berlin, IASS Potsdam, Robert Bosch Stiftung, Springer Nature or the University of Waterloo. More than 15 000 people attended lectures, festivals, conferences, panel discussions or workshops.

Our Future Water has partnered with Connect4Climate, a global partnership program launched by the World Bank and the Italian Ministry of the Environment, together with the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development, that takes on climate change by promoting solutions and empowering people to act. The Connect4Climate community connects over 500 partners around the world including UN agencies, civil society groups, media networks, international organizations, academic institutions, youth groups, and the private sector. Connect4Climate interacts with a global audience of more than a million individuals who participate on Connect4Climate’s social media channels.
