I’m delighted to share with you our new eBook on Navigating the New Normal. As this crisis evolved and the country hit lockdown, we all moved quickly into reactive problem solving mode, and sought to get the best solutions for our customers, our people and our business – a tricky balance.

Now we can – and should - begin to think about what the next stage might look like. Much of my face to face consulting and workshop delivery has been postponed, and so I spent some of my newly-found spare time thinking about that next stage, and wanted to offer some help in that area. I have produced this eBook which aims to guide leaders and HR teams through some thinking and planning about return – whenever that may be.

In this eBook I have given some thought to how you might:

  • Reflect collectively and individually on the experiences of the lockdown
  • Learn some lessons from the experience, and hold on to the best of them
  • Recognise the new normal, and optimise it
  • Reboard teams
  • Set your own action plan – as leaders, colleagues and individuals

I hope you find it useful – and if you do I would really appreciate a line or two of feedback.

You can download a high res version of the eBook on our website. https://mitchellpalmer.co.uk/http-mitchellpalmer-co-uk-wp-content-uploads-2020-04-navigating-the-new-normal-high-res-pdf/

Please feel free to share with your HR team, people leaders and anyone else who may find it useful!
