So, let's take a closer look at VOC analysis. ?? The substances collected in adsorption tubes are not only fascinating, they also require thorough analysis. Customers use analytical methods such as gas chromatography and mass spectrometry to identify and evaluate these individual substances. This comprehensive testing and analytical evaluation ensures that the customer has a clear idea of the substances emitted from their products.
??? How do devices consistently tackle the ongoing challenge of dust and foreign particles?

IP5X, IP6X, IP5KX and IP6KX are all dust tests that measure the ability of devices to withstand the ingress of sand and dust in accordance with the DIN EN 60529, ISO 20653 and SAE J 575 standards.
The standard tool required to carry out these tests is our #DustEvent. We offer it with a capacity of 1,000 or 2,000 liters.
During the dust tests, standardized composite dust materials ranging from fine talc dust (<75 μm) to Portland cement, fly ash or Arizona dust are introduced into the test room. This targeted introduction ensures homogeneous distribution and guarantees dry and lump-free conditions.
