Our Fear Is Their Power

Our ego-based fears create the power we give to others to control us. But the pain and suffering our egos create can also become the seeds of its own demise. Conscious presence destroys the ego. We need to resist the urge to identify with every thought. We do not think, thinking merely happens to us much like our breathing.

Rising above thinking paves the way to greater awareness and higher consciousness which builds trust and higher levels of engagement. This pivotal moment does not have to spell disaster because it is precisely during a crisis that we have the greatest opportunity to evolve. Developing our emotional intelligence we enable us to transcend our ego based fears.
