Our Favorite Maximizer Features

We often think of CRM as being software that is aimed at improving the lives and reporting capabilities of management teams, forgetting that CRM also holds a basket of benefits that ultimately helps users become more organized and productive.

At Camsoft we like to walk the talk with using Maximizer CRM as our core business management software every day and our CRM heroes have certainly experienced its power first hand. In fact we asked each of our Camsoft CRM heroes which of the Maximizer features are their favorites and how it helps them stay them be more productive on a daily basis. This is what they had to say:

?Mark Annett?- says that his favorite feature is the Search Functionality.

“It can be as simple as a surname, a note added three months ago, or something as complex as: show me all the sales directors in Germiston and Benoni in the engineering sector with more than 20 employees. Maximizer CRM provides you with a great selection of searches as well as the ability to create more advanced searches. The advanced searches allow you to search your database for records that match certain criteria. You can then define as many search criteria as you want.?This allows you to extract a very specific list of customers from your larger database.”

Nelia Roberts, one of our consultants – says she loves the “Opportunities Module”

“As a sales person who doesn’t love doing admin, I feel strongly about using the Opportunities Module in Maximizer CRM. We have a team view for all current opportunities, but I also have a quick access button to view only my opportunities that I’m currently working on so that I can have immediate access to my current sales projects. This module is also shared with all those who need access to it so there is no need to have timely sales reports. With just a click of a button the Sales Pipeline Report is at the tip of your fingers -?it’s a 2-in-1 amazing feature. The quick access button can then be search saved in an icon! This feature is also available on your mobile app, so you don’t have to scroll through the whole team’s opportunities to get to your own ones.”

Nelia has certainly made the best usage of this particular module. There are also no more follow-up spreadsheets to update and by making use of notes and the MS Outlook integration she is creating a near perfect history of all her actions and interactions around her deals, without having to leave the program at any time.

Leanne Parker?- says a major advantage is the 360° view of your customer history.

“Maximizer CRM provides me with all the tools that I need to manage catering for my clients’ needs both quickly and seamlessly. Whether I am meeting a client in person or online, I have their whole history in front of me. I can easily access their buying history, the past and present customer service cases, and see if they have had any notable interactions with any colleagues recently. Maximizer CRM certainly helps me to have more productive and satisfying interactions with all of my customers.”
