Our Environments

A specific flavor of ice cream was on sale for just one day. It was a good deal, so I bought a bucket. Then I couldn't stop eating it for the next few days. And before I knew it, I had gained a few pounds.

Our environment greatly influences our actions. For example, when friends in the neighborhood are having fun, it's hard to focus on our homework.?

And though it feels that way sometimes, we are not prisoners of the environment around us. Successful people create the right environment around them first. It leads them to consistent, constructive actions.
