It is our Ego which is our Greatest Enemy

It is our Ego which is our Greatest Enemy

The name of a Company is very important in its growth journey

Most Founders love themselves so much that they name their company based on their after their name

Either Ego or Ignorance fails to make the Founder (say Mr Prakash) realise that if he names his Company after his own name like Prakash Enterprises he is actually hurting the Valuation of his Enterprise from Day One itself

A Company named after its Foundation may appear like an Asset but actually it is a Liability for the Company

This is because People Value a Company based on its ability to be as flexible as possible, transferable to new buyers because of systems, processes, automation (SPA) and the power of a name that can be? collectively owned with ease

I rest my case
