Is our Education System is worth enough ?

It's true that our education system is prehistorical and meant to make us "clerk" only.

I too went through the pathetic system and honestly today while making my living as a senior manager for international marketing in a well known international brand of India, still can't recall basic formula of maths, can't recall European history, can't recall physics theories , even honestly do not know all minister's name too. Still I am good at my job and even as per my self evaluation I am better than average and my understanding on my subject ( work ) is far far better than those came with so called degrees from famed institutes.

Then, why I learnt so many things ?

Then why I was not given the opportunity to choose my way based on my interest ?

I like to write stories, poems, and I get appreciation for those and hope soon I will also write a novel too, then why I had to waste my time reading age old "manufactured history" ! Why I had to waste my time memorising long length poems, why I had to read and write Sanskrit ? I never had any intention to speak in Sanskrit .

Actually we have been trained by British to serve them and to serve USA. Why speaking in English became a big criteria to pass an interview ? Why can't I speak in my mother tongue ? I can still accept Hindi as our vast culture and vast population need a common platform to exchange thoughts . But why English ? Because , we have been made to serve British and now also USA being a second line citizen or even without having any citizenship, that's why all good things of ours we give to them and our own country gets nothing.

I don't blame people who choose to work outside because certainly the skills they acquired perhaps our country can't afford them or may be they don't feel secure here as scope to utilise their skill set is limited here.

So ?

So, I am doing the same things to my both sons.

A good and reputed school of our education system teaching wrong history of India, they say Gandhi is father of nation ( bull shit ! ) , Their history text book never tells them what exactly Netaji did, how he was suppressed by Nehru - Gandhi and even how our country get raped day in -day out by Congress family members.

My younger son is motor vehicle pro, but his text book never gives him any update on designing a super car frame , and I am frustrated to think what my son will do with his huge knowledge and interest on different types of car and their body parts, equally my elder son get bored to practise Mathematics where as he is too much attracted on varieties of animals living on our earth , but no syllabus covers his interest too.

Two different types of resources will be crushed soon by our education system . I know , they will never be a champion as per our current system, neither I want that . But there are many more such born champions in each and every house who will never be able to meet their dream and slowly will learn to compromise and will learn to be a good clerk from surroundings.

We need to change this bloody idiotic system like the way we try to change govt. Let's it be an agenda to all and everybody and let's circulate this thought by share, comments and like to make A step towards change...
