Our Digital Tale….

Stage 1: When we were designing our first virtual workshop 'Ruling the Digital Stage', we had hopes and fears whether this would be of value to the professionals jumping on to the digital bandwagon or not. The great response assured us that we are on the right track. It was just the beginning...

Stage 2: A spree of virtual workshops on Presentation & Communication skills followed where we experimented with virtual ice-breakers, group activities & other engagement tools. Participants from leading organizations reaffirmed how it is working for them. Their nod of approval energized us further. We conducted ‘Virtual Retreat’, an idea that was so alien to us just a few months ago…this virtual retreat was an instant hit with the team of top INGO. We braced ourselves and kept moving….

Stage 3: Our confidence soared with two batches of our recent virtual workshop 'Together We Shine' with an INGO where we discussed & applied the tools & methods to the senior management to increase the effectiveness of remote teams. Their incredible feedback has strengthened our belief that the digital medium has huge potential for professionals in these times. The 2-day workshop was very well received and so was its ‘Online Follow Up Plan’…. calls for a thankful bow!!!

Stage 4: And then happened the 2-day Virtual Train the Trainer!!!!! With the brilliant trainers of top power company… feedback like this made our day “My paradigm has shifted, yes virtual sessions can be very engaging & fruitful.”

There is still a long way to go in this digital journey, but these milestones have given us immense sense of confidence & gratitude to continue learning. We are on a quest to inculcate the love of DIGITAL SPACE in professionals just like we have fallen in love with it.
