Is the real estate market starting to cool down from the fast-paced, insane activity we’ve seen the past few months? Today I’m sharing the latest stats from Sacramento, Placer, and El Dorado counties to answer that question. We have nearly twice as many buyers as listings in our current market, and the price per square foot has been rising for the past 15 months. Also, the average list-to-sale ratio is at 104%.
