Osborne Enterprises Inc.'s company values story grew out of our desire to provide more resources to local owners. To do better than what is available to local owners because we are business owners. Vendor Boot Camp Master(c) your business training is one example of how we live our values every day.

You have been specially selected to comment on our new branding strategy based on our company values of Laughter, Honesty, Love for God and his people, Patience, and Legacy.

Please give us your honest feedback by commenting after you have read the story of our company values

(Laughter)We started in 2011 with a small group of local business owners at our church sharing the trials, tribulations, and triumphs of being a local small business owner.?How do we grow and scale our dreams of ownership? What are the current resources we use to encourage us to continue as business owners? What mistakes did we make that cost us time and money? What correct decisions did we make after we lost time and money??After brief introductions and some jokes about how we got here. We noted that Being a business owner is a serious decision.?We don't need to be afraid to fail.?Failure beats not trying every time.?If you can cry about the failed outcome, you can laugh at yourself and try again.?(Laughter)

(Honesty)We discuss our interactions with customers, IRS, bankers, insurance agents, real estate companies, investment advisors, learning opportunities, etc.?We discussed how telling people the truth focuses our efforts and reminds us that can always change.?Our communities have no historical sources or organizations that stress the importance of ownership and wealth creation.?We are always being included in the consumerism of large companies but never in creating wealth for our families or communities.?We evaluated how Honesty is the best ingredient for building trust in any business or personal relationship.?Integrity is a state of being you regardless of success or failure. (Honesty)

(Love for God and his people) Our time together during those hourly sessions over 2 days began the journey of our training and its soon-to-be-released online course.?Our operational services and tools are not transactional (one and done) they are transformative (change you over time) in your daily business operations.?We provide the human capital assets that build trust with our clients.?We celebrate entrepreneurs and their role in a healthy inclusive community.?We hold them accountable for realizing their business dreams. That journey requires us to walk alongside you to encourage and celebrate your progress.?We introduced and create a chant for every hour we spent discussing and sharing our successes and failures in light of the best practices that larger companies have put into use to remain relevant.?L1-love God and L2- love others became our rallying cry throughout the sessions on Business Processes, Talent Management, Sales and Marketing Strategy, Technology Systems, and Proposals that win.?(Love for God and his people) Such a simple change makes a big transformation.

(Patience) Many local business owners take the short-term view of growing their businesses by doing anything for a quick buck and overlook how daily operations focus on customer needs.?Local politicians fail to use the local business owners in our communities because they do not understand the economic benefits of what small businesses bring to an inclusive community.?Our patience in doing the hard work of creating a business model that is adaptable and responsive to change is a challenge for every owner.?A resilient business owner community creates unlimited opportunities for a larger tax base, educational improvements, employment, and attracting technology expertise needed to be competitive state.?The ability to wait and work on the things you are dreaming of builds your faith in the purpose of your life and business. When we are patient and intentional in our business, the journey creates possibilities and opportunities to learn and change what ownership means. (Patience)

(Legacy) Underserved and underrepresented business communities all over the nation can be the driving force to create livable communities rather than areas of blight.?We have the talent.?We have the drive. We have the human capital resources.?The effort needed to get this done requires all hands on deck to attack the loss of lives and opportunities for family and community wholeness. Your dreams of owning successful business fuel the possibilities that will change you, your community, and the people you care about. ?Every business owner needs local resources that celebrate their accomplishments and when we fail, encourage us to keep going. That is why We celebrate business owners in our communities.?(Legacy)

Would you open your business operations to a company that embraces these values? If yes Why? If not Why not?
