Our communication ambassadors offsite: strengthening collaboration and excellence together
Some weeks ago our communication ambassadors had the exciting chance to gather for our first three-day offsite meeting to reach three main objectives:
The event, a memorable and energetic experience, provided valuable insights and opportunities for our colleagues to enhance the communications strategies and contribute to our company success.
During the event we encouraged our communication ambassadors to reflect on the communication activities undertaken in the past 12-18 months. The diverse range of countries represented resulted in a variety of activities, each with its own scope and impact. Through this exercise, ambassadors identified common challenges such as compliance, tight timelines, and measuring success. The importance of breaking silos and promoting best-practice sharing emerged as crucial for future success in local communications.

Our brain is naturally inclined to remember stories rather than raw data.

One of the key sessions during the offsite focused on the six components of strategic communications: situation analysis, communication objectives, communication strategy, communication tactics, required resources, and key performance indicators (KPIs). This comprehensive framework provided our ambassadors with a solid foundation for developing local communication plans aimed at raising our corporate profile. The ambassadors were inspired by best-practice case studies presented by Angelini Pharma Portugal , Angelini Pharma Polska and Angelini Pharma Espa?a recognizing the potential to adapt successful approaches to their own local environments.
