These are trying times indeed. The continued outbreak of the COVID-19 virus in combination with the actions of local, state, and federal governments to limit the spread of the virus has left the many services you rely on at risk of limited or restricted operation.

The leadership team at PopScrap is working with our staff to ensure that we continue to provide the level of support you have come to expect albeit with certain measures in place to protect both you our customer and our employees.

Cloud Services

First and foremost, we are a Cloud-based company and we are working closely with our service providers to ensure your services are not impacted. Our resources are housed in data and application support centers where access restrictions are already in place. We will continue to work with our service providers and monitor your data and processing capabilities to ensure your continued operation.

Remote

We have always been a remote workforce with our employees distributed across many different regions globally. As such we are experts in providing remote support via our Chat Support and remote access services. Our virtual office workforce is built around the concepts of business continuity and our staff is dispersed across the globe in all areas of support including account management, solutions support, and application development.

Travel Restrictions

We have instructed our employees to follow the recommended guidelines for social distancing in their community to help stop the spread of COVID-19. As such, we are not able to provide on-site support to our customers due to the recommendations of the World Health Organization and Federal health organizations. We will continue to monitor the recommendations of these organizations and will make the proper decision on lifting our travel restrictions at the appropriate time and with the appropriate guidance.
