Our Clarity

Our clarity does not require us to keep our eyes open and our minds alert. Our clarity relies on the capacity of our heart to expand, be balanced, and vibrant.

A vibrant heart works like a musical instrument; the more we play it the richer the sound is. Playing our heart song does not translate into playing a sweet warm melody; playing our heart song necessitates being fearless so that we can hear the deeper tones within ourselves without any attachments about what is.

There is no need to be musically savvy to play our heart song; we can simply close our eyes, take a couple of breaths, listen to our heart, and let the sound come out of our throat. Playing our heart song may or may not make sense to us, but we see better when we connect to ourselves at the cellular level. It takes courage and resilience to choose this path as only self-love opens the door to true vision.
