    Proper eye contact is very essential as it plays a vital role especially in our industry , where we meet numerous peoples .keeping eye contact displays our confidence level in our self .

  To show confidence with our body language is to keep our hands out of our pockets . we put our hands in pockets when we are uncomfortable or unsure about something or about ourselves .
