We want you to know what a fabulous experience we had with Global Restoration! Our project started (in our minds) as six tiles that we wanted changed because of water damage. Little did we know the extent of the damage, nor how complicated it would be to restore our kitchen.

The end result, however, is wonderful. Our kitchen is completely restored and we are quite happy. You and Cincinnati Insurance did a great job. We have been and will continue to recommend your insurance company to all our friends.

This letter is about Global Restoration. They have gone clearly beyond what any restoration company should be expected to do. At every step of the project, they provided more-than-competent experts in "their piece" of the job. They each did their part of the project with both expertise and a friendly attitude and manner. They did not consider their part finished until we were totally happy with the final product. Even the most minor detail was taken care of.

A special note about their president, Jonathan Schooler. What a special and good man!

I really didn't expect "the boss" to do more than send out his people to do the work. Exactly the opposite occurred. He was on-site or in phone contact with me and my wife often throughout the project. Everyone knows that on every construction site, "stuff" happens. He notified us immediately if something was delayed or not as promised. He would assure us of what we could expect and delivered EVERY time. Global Restoration is a noteworthy asset for your company.

My wife and I have never been so satisfied at the end of a repair job. We thank you and all of your associates for a job "well done"
