Our Annual Letter

To Our Clients and Colleagues:?

This is my third annual letter written for our clients, partners, ambassadors, and fellow agents domestically and across the globe. April of 24' marks my twelfth year as a licensed broker working in the real estate industry. This has been a self started, funded, and propelled mission to get to the top of the Real Estate production world. The best way I can explain It is like climbing Mt. Everest without any artificial oxygen with no sherpas fixing the lines. From the day I started the goal and objective was quite clear, to "make it" and to do what others would not. To care more, to serve more, to be more transparent, to understand and listen better, ultimately to create raving fans and life long friends with every transaction. I have failed a lot, my shortcomings are real and present daily. We take note, hold ourselves accountable at the highest levels, continue to grow and get better daily.?

This year I am proud to say I am growing our team in the Danville office for Golden Gate Sothebys International Realty in the SF Bay Area. Additionally between my two brothers Obeid Habibi (Daftarian Group, Coastal Orange County)?and Ramin Habibi (Corcoran Group, Manhattan NYC) we completed $ 81,608,748 in closed sales volume.

As we close another eventful year and look towards the horizon of new beginnings, I am filled with a profound sense of gratitude and optimism. The world around us has witnessed remarkable milestones, each leaving its indelible mark on our journey together in the realm of residential real estate.

In the global economy, we've seen resilience and innovation. Despite the challenges posed by fluctuating markets and interest rates, the real estate sector continued to be a beacon of stability and opportunity. In the USA, the domestic market reflected this spirit of endurance. While navigating the complexities of higher interest rates and the broader macroeconomic landscape, our focus remained steadfast on helping families achieve their dreams of homeownership and successful property sales.

This year, the world of sports provided us with countless awe-inspiring moments, reminding us of the power of perseverance and teamwork. These achievements resonate deeply with our work, as they mirror the dedication and collaboration required in successful real estate transactions.
