Our AI Tour and Partnership Milestones

I’m building two empires in public. Some days I feel like I’m making progress; other days, I feel like I’m just existing. But we must get up and keep going.
I hope you’re all doing well and staying motivated. This week has been quite the rollercoaster, and I wanted to share some of my experiences and thoughts with you. It’s been a mix of achievements, challenges, and a lot of reflection.
A Reality Check
This past week, I had one of those moments that brought me back to my roots. Everything I’m doing now in AI and business pulls from my early days in sales. It’s amazing how those foundational skills—knocking on doors, handling rejection, celebrating small wins—still shape my approach today. It’s a humbling reminder of how far we’ve come and how important those early experiences are.
Partnership Progress
I set a goal this week to lock in 3 to 4 key partnerships. I’m happy to report we’ve secured 2 so far! It’s a great feeling to see our hard work pay off. Progress is progress, no matter the pace, and I’m excited about the connections we’re building. We’re not stopping here; there’s more to come.
AI Tour and Rescheduled Meetings
Big news! Our team is gearing up for an AI Tour across major Canadian cities before we take our expertise across the border. Despite some rainy weather causing a few cancellations and rescheduled meetings, we’re pushing forward. Face-to-face interactions are invaluable, and this tour is a crucial step in sharing our AI innovations with businesses nationwide.
Intern Success
Our interns have been doing an incredible job. They’re diving into groundbreaking technology that’s going to make waves in the industry. Seeing their growth and enthusiasm is truly inspiring. It reminds me of why I started this journey and the impact we can make together.

Upcoming Summit
We’re in the thick of planning a summit that’s set to take Canada by storm. It’s a big project, but with the team’s dedication, I’m confident it’s going to be a huge success. I often find myself daydreaming about the impact we’ll make and the exciting conversations that will come from it.
The Reality of Entrepreneurship
On a more personal note, my mind has been racing non-stop. The entrepreneurial life often looks glamorous online, but let’s be real—it’s a lot of early mornings and late nights. I constantly question if I’m doing the best I can. My morning routine, especially those runs on the treadmill, helps me stay focused and grounded. It’s my time to plan the day and set my intentions.
Staying Grounded
Attending meetings and events without drinking can be a bit challenging, but mocktails have become my go-to. It’s a small choice, but it keeps me grounded and true to myself.
Final Thoughts
Thank you for being part of this journey with me. Every step we take, every partnership we secure, and every milestone we hit is a collective achievement. Let’s keep pushing boundaries, innovating, and building something truly remarkable together.
I hope these updates give you a peek into the raw, unfiltered journey of building an empire. Let’s keep moving forward together, one step at a time.
Warm regards,
Edwina
