Our 2024 Plan of Attack For Real Estate

If you’ve been following me for the last 10 years then you know that I’m an open book when it comes to real estate. This is not different so here’s the breakdown of what our teams will be focused on for 2024. In fact we’re already doing some of this and we had a few group coaching call sessions last month just about this. Check out coaching here.
Here are the four parts to it.?
Database - Focus on the people that have given you referrals in the past or those that said they would send you referrals. When you start categorizing your database you begin to focus on those people that want to help you grow. Start with those people on your phone that you know love you and care about you.?
Online Leads - We love google pay per click and Facebook Lead Ads. In fact this is our second highest source of closed transactions after referrals. Google Ad words is what Zillow, Redfin, and Realtor.com use so why not play the same game they’re playing, we’re just cutting them out. The key to online leads is having a process that connects with the consumer quickly and nurtures them long term. We give you the details in group coaching.?

Social Media - It’s not just about posting random things here and there. It’s all about focusing on one platform at a time. Start with the social media outlet that you gravitate towards most often. Then make sure that you engage with people daily. In fact we have our team do 20 minutes a day? and we have a system that includes liking, commenting, and messaging those you follow that are your friends on social media. You would think that it starts with posting consistently, but the secret is actually engaging daily and often.?
Community - This one we aren’t as great as the ones above, but we are diving deeper into it. It means we’ll be connecting with our local community more by having local events, having a local newsletter, sending handwritten notes to the neighbors, doing local fundraisers for the school, remarketing to the local community, and finding local businesses that we can help support.?
