Our 2023 Wrapped

While we’ve been preparing to wrap up for the festive break, we’ve been reflecting back on 2023... and what a year it’s been.

?December marks our 20th month in business. So, 2023 was an important year for us and we’re happy to say – it was a corker!

?Here are some highlights:

?? Life on the shortlist – We won’t find out if we’ve won ‘Start– Learning Provider of the Year’ until the Learning Awards in 2024. Until then, we’ll continue to feel very proud to have made the shortlist. Fingers crossed for the win!

?? Back to University – It was a delight to work with Greenwich University on their ‘Academic integrity module’ this year, and a real compliment to be ask to present to their student forum. The module itself will be available for other universities to tailor in 2024. Watch this space!

?? Keeping our Promises – when we launched in 2022, we said we would create one resource each year for the learning community every year. This year, we launched the Accessibility 101 series, 6 modules to help demystify accessible learning design in digital learning.

?? Likelihood to recommend – we want to make sure the people we work with are happy, and so this year, we asked our clients how likely they are to recommend our services (NPS score). It turned out to be something that made us very happy! Our current NPS score is sat at 100, and we hope to keep it there!

We delivered 37 digital learning modules this year, all of which included media assets such as animation, AI video, film or animated gifs. We’re proud to look back on what we have delivered and hope 2024 continues to see happy clients and a happy team.
