Our 2023

2023 was a big year for team Summer. We completed countless projects for clients across a multitude of industries all over the world, but we also welcomed new team members and enjoyed some quality team-building time during team socials. Summer Creative is built on great people working together, and 2023 was a fab year for building the team and getting to know each other better.

The first social of the year was an evening enjoyed at Flight Club, where darts skills were tested - and the new team members Elizabeth and Justyna who joined at the end of 2022 had a chance to get to know the rest of the team outside the office a bit more!?

In April, team Summer recruited Millie and William to the agency. Will joined the project management team, and Millie got stuck into all things social media marketing.?

William and Millie were welcomed into the team and soon enough we had another social at Boom Battle Bar, where we battled it out playing shuffleboard. It became surprisingly competitive, with Director Jerry surging ahead as the most skilled shuffleboarder!

Then the highlight of our year - bar the Christmas social of course - the team trip to Goodwood Revival! Outfits were assembled, pin curls were put in place, and the 60s Summer Creative camper van was dusted off and buffed ready for its grand outing. The sun shone all day, and we had a great time watching the racing, looking at all the vintage cars and catching up with each other properly.?

Following Goodwood Revival, we had a very busy few months with events and exhibitions almost back to back until the end of the year, when we finally had a moment to come together for our most recent Christmas social. The team created graffiti masterpieces at Graffik Gallery, followed by a delicious lunch. We had fun showing off our creative talents, and it also allowed us to reflect on the successes of the year.
