Our 2023 Road Map

We are thrilled to share our 2023 Road Map, aimed at revolutionizing healthcare services in Tanzania. At TAHMEF, we are committed to improving the healthcare outcomes for Tanzanians, especially in the areas of mental health and patient care. Our plans include developing and launching digital healthcare facilities, providing continuous medical education for healthcare providers, and enrolling Tanzanians in affordable health insurance coverage.

We recognize that we cannot achieve these goals alone and are calling upon all stakeholders to join us in our efforts. Whether you are a healthcare provider, a technology expert, or a member of the community, there is a role for you to play in improving healthcare in Tanzania. We welcome collaboration, partnership, and support from all stakeholders who share our commitment to health equity and improving healthcare outcomes in Tanzania.

Core Constituents:

1: Enrolling more Tanzanians into affordable health insurance coverage schemes by August 2023.

2: Serving more Tanzanians with live psychotherapy and mental health resilience tools by August 2023.

3: Training more healthcare providers and equip them with updated life saving knowledge and skills for quality patient care by August 2023.

-Public release of our AHADI digital mental healthcare facility.

Q3 (July-September 2023)

-Public release of the TAHMEF ACADEMY, e-learning platform for healthcare professionals.

-Beta version release of NIA, digital health insurance savings wallet.

Q4 (October-December 2023)

-Impact evaluation, strategies adjustments and preparations for the next fiscal year (2024).
