Our 1st Team day of 2023

Yesterday we all switched our 'out of the office' on and had the first NewMed team day of 2023.

I found this on Wikipedia, to sum up, what team building is; ‘Team building is a collective term for various types of activities used to enhance social relations and define roles within teams, often involving collaborative tasks’. And I think it's spot on for what we did yesterday…

We headed to Camden in London and fuelled ourselves with some delicious Italian food before heading to Tomb Raider Live, a unique immersive experience where we worked together to collect relics, braved the zipline, climbed through the jungle, and outsmarted the enemies. Thank you Tomb Raider Live, we all enjoyed the journey!

In true NewMed style, after working together as a team we had to end the day with some competitiveness, it wouldn’t be a NewMed activity if it didn’t involve a challenge against each other, so we headed to Plonk golf Camden for a game of crazy golf. Well done to Josh for the best hole-in-one we have ever witnessed.
