Our 12-year Journey: From Blues N Coppers to Exhibit 360
It’s been 12 years of Exhibit 360 already!!! WHAT?!? ?
I can’t help but look back on how we got here and how far we’ve come.
Our journey started back when I was enrolled in my MBA program in 2010. I still remember the fascination and thrill I had towards the idea of running a business and my penchant for being able to solve problems. ??
I vividly recall I had just gotten an opportunity to work in a PR firm as a marketing intern during my midterms. However, the kick to start my own entrepreneurial venture got the better of me, so I dropped the internship. I somehow managed to convince my friends to do the same and join me (we’ve all been there, right???) in building Blues N Coppers.
Having worked in the corporate event space on a project basis during my JC years gave me a fair idea of how the industry functions. We saw big opportunities here and wanted to cater to the gaps we saw in quality event management firms by doing our research.
In the first year, we worked with 7 clients and made revenues of Rs. 30 lakhs while completing our 2nd year of MBA.
Being able to put all our theoretical knowledge into action was the best part of the experience.
Once our course ended, we quickly scaled and started building our forte into exhibitions and trade shows. Each year, we grew 50% in terms of revenue and headcounts.
By the time we were 7 years in the business, we were working with many Fortune 500 companies like Mobil, Merck, ThermoFisher, Reliance, and Tata Motors. ??????

Though we were adding clients and revenue, we were not able to fully utilize our potential and take it to the next level. We wanted to add more value to our client’s entire ecosystem of sales and marketing.
We not only wanted to design and deliver trade show projects for them but also wanted to bring transformation in the way they interacted with their customers and conducted sales.
Well, fast forward to “2020” >>

As Peter Drucker rightly said, “Businesses exist because of its customers"
Given that all in-person events were restricted, we were faced with a challenge to deliver innovative ways to keep our clients engaged with their prospects. ????
Our customers wanted to retain the quality and momentum of their marketing efforts and turned to us for solutions
Being tech-savvy, we saw a great opportunity to take a pivot into our business offerings and began a new journey towards rebranding to “Exhibit 360” by evolving and re-directing our offerings.
We decided to branch out and provide 3D martech solutions that allowed our customers to maintain the same level of interaction with a global audience.
And well, that’s how Exhibit 360 came to be what we know today, but we’re only just getting started! ???
