Our 100 Call Per Month Framework

Here at Hey Ewe, we book around 100 qualified sales calls per month in a predictable and scalable way.

In this article, I’m going to give you an overview of how we do it. Feel free to implement these in your own business - let’s get started.

It starts with our offer?- a good offer makes everything so much easier. You could do everything else I describe in this email badly and still get great results if you have a strong offer. Most business owners aren’t great at creating amazing offers.

Understanding how many calls you want to book?- we could quite easily generate 200+ sales calls per month and soon we will, but we don’t have the capacity for it just yet. We know how many calls we want, so we know how many emails we need to send, how many people we need to connect with on linkedin etc. Unless you know your numbers, you won’t hit your targets.

Building your lists?- there’s no point spending your time on sales calls with unqualified prospects, so this part of the process is really important. There’s no magic formula or software that can do all of this for you. We use a lot of ‘man power’ to make sure our lists are full of the right prospects.

Split testing?- it’s important to split test everything, from messages, offers, funnel strategies, subject lines etc. Everything should be split tested in order to increase the conversion rate from leads contacted to calls scheduled.

Tactics vs Strategies - most look for 'hacks' and tactics to generate appointments instead of focusing on strategies and foundational reasons as to why people want to book in a call with you. That's why we focus on how attractive our offer is vs something short term like what subject line to use.
