This Ought to Concern You if You Are Hiring

Right now I can take your job description and put it in my AI tool with a prompt to create a profile matching the job description and I can set the accuracy to whatever percentage I want.
Then I can submit that profile to your job.
So can everyone else.
In fact, AI bots are doing this now (don't ask me why) and they are clogging up your internal talent teams inboxes. These TA professionals then feverishly sift through these excellent profiles in a race to be the first to contact them so that your company can have the advantage.
But because these profiles are fiction, your team is now at a disadvantage. They've wasted time going after an illusion.
Totally innocent and completely not their fault.
Imagine how frustrating this is to them.
It will get worse.
How frustrated do you get when your position goes unfilled for longer than you think it should?
Now consider all of those people that are unemployed or underemployed who are hitting your Linkedin job slot, your Indeed post and your Zip Recruiter ad that can apply at the push of the "easy button". Mass applying is loading down your TA efforts as well.
I tested this again and posted a job of my own. 396 applicants. 19 were a maybe. Not one of them were a match. Luckily I only lost $150 on that experiment.

How much are you losing on those ads?
How much are you losing when your TA team gets bogged with this?
It's going to get noisier.
ALOT noisier.
More wasted time. More wasted $.
Both of which once spent provide ZERO refunds.
There only one way I know right now to bypass all of this - go H2H.
Hire me. I go direct to the person you want and I bring them to you.
You are wanting attention. I am made to get attention. Your ads are getting the wrong attention. Turn them off. End the suffering.
