Ottumwa Iowa Partnership

I recently asked three of my colleagues with Vocational Rehabilitation and Workforce in Ottumwa, Iowa to share their personal pictures to include with a practice example of their awesome work together in operating a Workforce Employment Network through Ticket to Work.
