The Ottawa Community Housing Foundation launches the 2022 Inspired by Learning Bursary.

The OCH Foundation is now accepting applications for the 2022 Inspired by Learning Bursary. This bursary is offered to tenants living within Ottawa Community Housing communities who are undertaking post-secondary studies and who demonstrate financial need.??

The $1,000 bursary can be applied towards tuition fees, books, transportation, childcare, equipment, living expenses and/or other costs directly associated with the academic or training program.?

?The Inspired by Learning Bursary grew out of a need to support tenants of OCH in their post-secondary education. The OCH Foundation is committed to supporting tenants of OCH in taking a proactive role in their financial, educational, and personal situations. We believe that education can help break the cycle of poverty, and that expenses associated with improving one’s education often go beyond textbook and tuitions fees.?
