Everyday, OTT platforms are popping up like a mushroom. It will be difficult for the platform to survive especially for the small time players as well as for the users to subscribe to all OTT platforms.

These point may be useful for both .

For OTT Platform:-

1. Come up with reasonable pay per view basis, along with subscription. This will help OTT to generate new businesses from the non subscribers also. Based on reviewers review, I want to view a movie in which I don't have a subscription,for which I am ready to pay per view basis.
2. Establishing a network among other OTT players for re-release.
3. To keep the subscriber happy, by making a delay in re-release in other OTT platforms & getting the contents from other platforms.
4. Contents are penetrated to the masses,there by generating more revenue.
5. More revenue means more invest in new contents, which means a new business.
6. Kill the piracy .
7. Win-Win for all OTT players.

For OTT User:-

1. You are not away from the good contents.
