I feel immensely more optimistic about the likelihood that we can bring more humanity into the legal profession when I read On The Record on Saturday and MIPTC on Friday. Appreciate you both Owen McGrann and Joel Roy for showing our industry that it is clearly possible (and beneficial) to bring some of our personality into our careers.
