Kimberly Byrge is a business leader, philanthropist, and advocate for the advancement of women in the government sector and beyond.? Nearly 25 years ago she co-founded Ohio Technology Clearinghouse, Inc. (OTC), a consulting business for the Department of Defense providing system engineering, program management and logistics government services.?


OTC relocated its business base from Ohio to Huntsville, AL in August 2000.? Then in January of 2020, Ms. Byrge stepped up into the role of Owner & CEO, where her dedication and drive continues to lead the company through two decades of uninterrupted contract support within the Army Aviation.? OTC has built and kept its strong reputation specializing in communications, navigation, and surveillance systems engineering and platform integration, as well as software development, modernization, and airworthiness subject matter expertise.


Ms. Byrge has worked to elevate OTC to its next level.? She has incorporated dental and medical insurance, leave benefits, and a 401k plan. OTC has a GSA contract in the Professional Services area. She plans on OTC becoming Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) accredited.? Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) accreditation is also in the near future.?The now woman-owned small business is also working on expanding its capabilities under her leadership.


Kimberly Byrge, along with her company’s President and Security Manager, also got back into playing music together in Fall of 2022, which was a past-time they all enjoyed together many years ago.? They can be found playing for small business events around Huntsville from time-to-time.? Ms. Byrge is very involved in the community and is an advocate for networking and community work.
