Day or night, the new OSTRA provides an ambiance that makes you want to stay longer.

Meet Bruno

Meet Bruno, OSTRA’s new Head Chef. Although originally from Brazil, Bruno’s global culinary background shines as he introduces unique flavors and textures to OSTRA’s menu. From the raw bar to main courses from land and sea, OSTRA aims to provide an exceptional culinary experience that elevates the best local ingredients through creative techniques that span many types of cuisine.

Lazy Breakfast

Start your day out slow at OSTRA. Our Lazy Breakfast offers traditional breakfast items with a twist and a breakfast tray brought to your table filled with your favorite morning treats.  Treat yourself to a relaxing breakfast where you can soak in the views of Culebra Bay with the sounds of nature.  This experience is for adults only.  Please contact Guest Service for dates when Lazy Breakfast is scheduled.

A natural storyteller, Alves’s menu transports guests with a synthesis of technique, locality, and seasonality. Unorthodox yet indulgent, each dish at OSTRA reimagines flavors from across the world through the lens of the sea’s natural abundance.

Curated Cocktail Program

It is never too early for cocktails. Enjoy the experience poolside, on the OSTRA Terrace for a “sundowner” or at the cocktail bar before dinner. Our diverse menu of cocktails has been designed to complement the menus of the pool, raw bar, and restaurant.
