Oskelly's golden rules of seller: how to earn customers trust and loyalty

So that you can become a truly successful vendor, learn how to find your customer as quickly as possible and earn their trust and loyalty, we have compiled a list of tips for the Oskelly seller.

Publish complete and reliable information

A product with a maximum comprehensive description will sell more quickly.

Specify:

  • the main material on the tag;?
  • colour;
  • size

In the Description block, you can specify:

  • The category of the product.
  • Composition of material.
  • Detailed colour of the item.
  • Highlight the tag, the original packaging and the kit.?
  • Tell why the model is so remarkable.
  • Whether the item is brand-new or has been used.
  • Whether the item has defects.
  • If the item is supposed to have a code, but it is missing for some reason, be sure to mention it.

In the Additional information box, note:

Whether the item is vintage (more than 15 years old).

  • Additional dimensions in centimetres.
  • The serial number (if available).
  • If it's about selling an accessory, try to include the model name.?

Determine correctly the cost?

The price depends on a number of factors:

  • the popularity of the brand;
  • the date of manufacture of the item;
  • the current value of the item;
  • its original retail price;
  • he condition of the item.

Don't forget to reduce a price of a product that has been lying around from time to time - it may well spur shoppers on!

Upload good quality pictures

  • Examine a product carefully for any defects. Don't hide these details - be sure to photograph them.?
  • Photograph the item from several angles as well as from the inside.?
  • You have the option of uploading 8 photos of the item and the rest can be uploaded in the comments.
  • It's best to take photos in daylight.
  • Don't forget to take photos of the stamps and tags, if available, as well as the kit with which the item is sold.
  • There is no need to use Photoshop or other editors to remove the background from the image.

Reply to comments

Try to respond promptly to users' questions and comments to help them decide on a purchase.?

Try to stay in touch at all times

Turn on in-app notifications, so you won't miss any important notifications.

Accept a trade offer

If you receive a bargaining offer, don't ignore it - try to negotiate a price that appeals to both you and the buyer.?

Don't forget about the pre-sale preparation

  • Clean the product thoroughly.?
  • If necessary, have it dry-cleaned.
  • Don't forget to include the documentation and certificate package inside. Make sure your customer receives the full package as promised.
  • The branded packaging (if you have indicated its availability) is also part of your product.?

Ship the products promptly
