OSHA Revises its Online Whistleblower Complaint Form

This new OSHA release is being shared with our clients and business friends to advise that “whistleblowers” have yet another option for submitting complaints to the U.S. Department of Labor’s OSHA. The form comes complete with a user-friendly set of “how to” instructions.

SO… Do not allow your corrective actions, Disciplinary/Safety Policies or other practices to lead to an employee’s complaint of illegal retaliatory action against him/her as a “whistleblower”.
